There are a couple of very tiny chips to the edges of the dust jacket. 151 & [9] pages, with several illustrations and textual maps. Near fine in a very good dust wrapper. First edition. Laid in at the front are 3 postcards illustrated with photographs of Chateaugay, New York from the 1970's or so. The town and village of Chateaugay are located in Franklin County in Northeastern New York near the Canadian border and was thus the scene of several skirmishes and battles when hostilities broke out between the U.S. and Great Britain in the War of 1812. Very good .
