A brochure published by the Commission on Interracial Cooperation, Inc. outlining Supreme Court decisions which affect African-American rights in the Jim Crow South. While those decisions still maintained the status quo in some instances "Separate Schools May Be Maintained", the brochure states that the law requires that "Educational Opportunity Must Be Equal", "Salaries Must Be Equal", while permitting "public carriers to continue segregation in its accommodations", "Facilities in Travel Must Be Equal". The brochure notes that African-Americans can't be excluded from juries, particularly in regards to death penalty cases involving African-American defendants, and that "Confession by Torture is Inadmissible". SCARCE. Fine .
