Her London debut came in 1856 after having performed throughout Europe. Though she mostly sang roles in concert performances through the earlier part of her career, she started appearing in operatic soprano roles in the first half of the 1860's, performing at Covent Garden among other leading theaters. She later taught at the Brussels Conservatory as well as London's Royal Academy of Music and the Royal Manchester College of Music. Very good .
