Very good. - A few words to do with financial arrangements penned on 2-3/4 inch high by 4-3/8 inch wide buff paper signed "Yours faithfully Dion Boucicault". Once folded, the paper is mounted onto stiffer backing and the corners have been clipped. Very good. The Irish actor and playwright Dionysius Lardner "Dion" Boucicault (1820[2]-1890) was known for his melodramas and recognized in both Europe and America as one of the most successful English language actor-playwright-managers of the period. Although he and his wife had both become American citizens in 1873, the New York Times praised him as "the most conspicuous English dramatist of the 19th century" following his death in 1890. Very good .
