The spine is chipped. The rear cover is lightly soiled with a tear to the top edge & a chip out of the bottom corner. Some notes are penciled in French in the margins of the ad. [44] pages plus ads on the inside wraps. Illustrated in black-and-white with caricatures of the authors, portraits of the actors & numerous pictorial ads. There is a small area of soiling to the title page. Good. This souvenir program includes a history of the Palais-Royal; an extensive list of credits [in addition to the cast list]; and a synopsis of the play, which concerns two lawyers who get married, the woman turning out to be far more professionally successful than her husband. The text is in French. Good .
