Description: Washington, DC: Printed at the Globe Office, 1838. 1838. - Octavo, softcover bound in cream-colored self-wrappers. 23 pages plus rear blank. The title page is partially detached & there is some foxing & darkening to its edges. There are 2 horizontal creases to each page where the pamphlet has been folded. There are 3 pinholes down the inside edge of each page where the cord used in the binding is lacking. One cord still holds the pages together. Good Henry Hubbard [1784-1857] was a member of the United States House of Representatives from 1829 to 1835. He was elected to the Senate as a Democrat in March 1835, remaining in office until March 1841. From 1842 to 1844 he served as Governor of New Hampshire. Good .
