The top right corners of the pages are creased. There is creasing & a tear to the left edge of the last page. Good. "The year, 1964, had a very special meaning for the County of The Bronx. It was a year that celebrated its birthday with a year-long Golden Jubilee [1914-1964] to expose its residents and to the nation at large the many facets of living, working and playing in The Bronx and the progress made in the last five decades." This first paragraph of the text is preceded by the lyrics of the official song of the jubilee by Herb Miller. The text was compiled with the assistance of an unnamed civic organization and was issued by the Office of the President of the Borough of The Bronx, the Honorable Joseph F. Periconi [the Honorable Vincent A. Starace, Deputy President]. Rare. Good .
