The Italian poet, Luigi Ballerini is also an historian of gastronomy who has not only published poetry in Italian and English, but translated the works of American authors as diverse as Henry James, Herman Melville, William Carlos Williams, James Baldwin and Kurt Vonnegut into Italian. A man of many talents, he has also edited cookbooks. Good .
