Laid in is a presentation card from "Dicky and Bunny" [Dilworth], to whom the book is dedicated: "Dear ... This is Herb's latest book - which was well reviewed , one of the stories is getting the O. Henry prize this year, and - it is dedicated to us! All of which pleases us very much, needless to say."
J. Richardson Dilworth was best known for being the leading manager of Rockefeller and Associates, the family office of the Rockefeller family. He was the senior financial adviser to the family and its investments and philanthropic institutions for twenty-three years. His wife Bunny shared his interest in the progress of biomedical research. Among her philanthropic interests were the Rockefeller University Hospital, the Princeton Country Day School and civil rights and social concerns in New Jersey. Very good .
