The covers are bumped and slightly warped. The dust jacket's spine is darkened and the edges of the soiled dust jacket are slightly chipped with a few short tears. 304 pages plus iv pages of ads, including ads on the pastedowns. Illustrated with a color birds-eye view advertising resorts and hotels, and black & white illustrations throughout. The bottom of the front hinge is starting to split and there is a short tear to the inner edge of the half-title. The edges of the leaves are darkened. Good.
