Sandglass leaflet laid in (New York, no. 31R). --- Handsomely bound in colorful marbled paper-covered boards, each backed in brown cloth with spine titling & decorations in gilt. Each volume housed in its own grey paper-covered slipcase. --- With white scuffs to volume 2, otherwise this set is in excellent condition: clean, tightly-bound and bright. Structurally sound slipcases with a little discoloration, otherwise lacking apparent damages.
