Likely published c.1965 (though 1958 date appears in book). ML #280.1. --- With prior owner's bookplate affixed to verso of front free endpaper, a partial tear at gutter near copyright page (which doesn't affect the stability of the binding) and a mylar jacket cover has been taped to the book, otherwise a tightly-bound, sound copy.
