Volume lacks a dust jacket. --- A Good-only copy, with yellowed transparent tape applied to spine ends, loosened hinges, previous owner's inked info. to front endsheet, some scuffing to leather at head of spine, otherwise an attractive, sound copy.; 16mo (6 to 7 in. tall); x, 559 pages.
