With a preface by Geoffrey Keynes and Brian Hill. --- In light blue cloth-covered boards with blue titling to spine; dark blue topstain and in simple jacket. --- With small bruise to front cover fore-edge and front free endpaper, some foxing to a few leaves; else a clean, bright copy. Clumsily clipped jacket with some darkening (especially to spine) and small tears, else intact and in removable archival mylar protector.; Small Octavo (7-1/2 to 8 in. tall); 380 pages.
