There is no photo or engraving of author in this book as may have been the case in some printings. Introduction by C. L. Fisher, Minister at Sixteenth Street Church, Birmingham, Alabama. Sketch of his life and labors by Alice A. Bowie of the Anniston Normal and Industrial College, Anniston, Alabama. Eason was a graduate of Selma University and the Richmond Theological Seminary in 1890 with the B.D. degree. On graduation he became a professor of Mathematics at Selma (AL) University. In 1891 he was ordained to take charge of the Union Baptist Church, Marion, Ala. Rev. Eason was a very prominent man in Alabama. Very rare if not unique. ; Photocopy Only; 8 1/2 x 11; 120 pages.
