Fourth, revised edition; 8 3/4 x 6; pp. [12], vii-x, [2], 3-91, [7]; cream paper over boards, printed in gilt; light-brown DJ; illustrated with drawings and numerous tipped-in photographic images; light wear to tips of spine and corners - in near fine condition. Jacket with a few minor spots and small nicks to edges. Eugen Neuhaus (1879 - 1963) was a German-American author, painter, and professor at UC Berkeley and the Dominican University of California. He was Chair of the Judging Committee of the Fine Arts part at the exposition and exhibited some of his works at it. He would eventually write three more books on PPIE. Very good .
