Description: Berlin, Izdanie Otdela Propagandy Rossiiskogo Natsionalnogo i Sotsialisticheskogo Dvizheniia, 1937. First Edition. First edition; 8 1/4 x 5 3/4; pp. [1], 2-16; self-wraps, printed in black; illustrated with the seal of RNSM - a two-headed eagle over a swastika; edges of wraps a bit brittle, with several small chips and closed cuts; in about very good- condition. A scarce, ephemeral brochure, it contained the fiery, anti-Soviet, anti-Semitic speech of Vladimir Novikov, held during a massive protest action in Berlin - The Day of Intransigence - on November 2nd, 1937, on the occasion of the 20th anniversary of the October Revolution - “20 years of Jewish-Marxist rule over Russia, 20 years of national struggle”. In addition to the speech, the publication also contained an appeal by, then, Head of the Russian Nationalist-Socialist Movement Nikolai Dmitrievich Skalon (1886 - 1946), who called for the rallying of all emigrants. Very good .
