Iaroslav Soltykevych (1890 - 1965) was a former lieutenant of the USR (Ukrainian Sich Riflemen) and captain in the UNR (Ukrainian National Republic). His current pamphlet described the first major battles of the USR against the Russian Army, which took place in 1915 by Makivka - a mountain in the Carpathian Range. Very good .
