Originally published in Komsomolskaia Pravda in September of 1990, the article presented Solzhenitsyn's notion for Russia's social and political regeneration. Among other things, it featured prominently the idea of reintroducing zemstvo - Imperial Russia's system of elected councils to administer to local affairs. The proceedings of this particular edition were donated to the Red Cross. Very good .
