Written by a former telegraph operator at "Death Valley," Latonia (a race track in Covington, KY), who had moved to Florida, when he had been crippled by rheumatism and confined to a wheelchair, the booklet claimed to reveal the secret of beating the races. Willis was allegedly a mathematician and an avid researcher, who spent four years devising a foolproof method of figuring out a high percentage of winnings. Not in OCLC, not in the trade (as ofJanuary 2022). Very good .
