An apparently unrecorded work, the pamphlet is written by the representative of 'Slavianskii Bank' (Slavic Bank) in Belgrade not only as an outline to the new market and trade relations between Russia and Serbia but also as an anti-Austrian and anti-German propaganda. The author begins with the statement that after the annexation of Bosnia and Herzegovina by the Austro-Hungarian Empire in 1908 a dangerous dam has burst and the Austro-German flood is threatening not only Serbia but all the Eastern European countries as well. He goes on to denounce the influence and monopoly of Austria and Germany on the Serbian market and to present the benefits of a trade alliance between Russia and Serbia. Ill.: 0. 2.
