Monograph on the Gothic by influential and prolific American architect Ralph Adams Cram, who designed numerous collegiate and ecclesiastical buildings throughout the country - Cathedral of St. John the Divine, Saint Thomas Church, structures at Princeton and Rice Universities, and the United States Military Academy at West Point. "The Cathedral of Palma on the Island of Mallorca is one of the most original and significant of Gothic cathedrals, as well as one of the largest," He writes in the Preface. Light, occasional fox spotting, mild wear at the extremities, some pin holes to the cloth at the hinge, previous owner name on fly leaf and dust jacket.
