The book has lost the cloth on the spine, cloth cover rather used, corners bumped, slightly spotted on the second page. There is an inscription at the bottom on the first page that reads "boghurst the great apothecary who stayed in london all through the plague, mentioned in james leesors "the plague & the fire" , Poor/No Jacket.
