Cloth lightly rubbed, creased and soiled; plates browned; upper corner of front free endpaper excised (old signature?); light spotting to prelims. Ex-reference library with usual ebvidence. This edition is certainly extended from the 1880? edition which has 144pp. COPAC: Newcastle, Manchester - both giving a date of [19-?].
