Title: Prospecting Licence. 164 (Form 1.) Official No. 67386 Mining Commissioner's Office, Gatooma 9th June 1928. Licence is hereby granted, under the provisions of the Mines and Minerals Ordinance, 1903, to James Black to prospect and search for any Minerals, or Mineral Oils, to which rights can be acquired under the aforesaid Ordinance, upon any ground open to prospecting in Southern Rhodesia. Signed by H. Stephens Mining Commissioner. Note. Every prospector proceeding to prospect for minerals, under and by virtue of any prospecting licence, upon occupied land, shall give notice to the occupier of his intention to prospect.
