First Edition, 120pp. Half leather, brown cloth boards, gilt trim and gilt lettering to spine, 8 hand-colored plates and maps, some still with tissue-guards. Front board is detached but present , one inch is chipped off the top of the spine, contents are moderately foxed, and all the text and plates are complete. Some of the plates still have their original tissue-guards. Among the color plates are views of West Rock, Public Green, Yale College. This edition includes the additional 12 pages published in 1832. Fair.
