Light shelfwear, very light scattered foxing, contents mostly clean and sor,und, binding is tight. The handwritten letter, written and signed by Edward E. Hale is pasted in after title page. The letter explains to the owner (Rowland Hazard) that this book is a translation of Thomas Anburey's "Travels Through the Interior Parts of America by an Officer." An unusual association copy. Good.
