The other letter is from Arthur D. Wright of the General Education Board, written to A.W. Armour. The General Education Board was a philanthropic organization which contributed to the John F. Slater Fund, a generous supporter of African-American education after the Civil War. A very fascinating association copy. Very Good/Good.
