Five flexible leather bound volumes containing a total of 1,002 pages, gilt lettered spine, former owner's name in gilt on covers. Covers are all worn and heavily chipped and torn, and mostly detached, however, the interiors are all in very nice condition, slightly age-toned and have only light occasional foxing, chipping or soiling. Every page is very readable. Complete vocal works. A previous owner very neatly wrote English translations of some of the lyrics in the text, and tipped-in an English translation of Schiller's poem, "Longing", written in a graceful longhand. The 5 volumes contain hundreds of Schubert compositions. Fair.
