One white, paper slip scotch-taped in to lower wrapper, printed in black. Now housed in a mylar sleeve. 16 pp. and one slip. Illustrated. 9-1/4" x 6". A VG copy. Some light rubbing to edges and corners of the wrapper, couple surface tears to verso of upper wrapper, pos to head of title page, light age toning and foxing to leaves. Last leaf is an "Autograph" page with seven signatures. Overall, clean and bright.
