Boards rubbed, back strip missing, lower part of latch missing, gilt bright. Age toning and foxing to card stock leaves, some small tears throughout (where photographs are inserted). Overall photographs are bright. Overall, a Good album, with generally VG+ images. Photography studios include Dames at 911 Broadway Oakland, Ormsby at 1055 Broadway Oakland, Tabers at 8 Montgomery San Francisco, T.M. Swan in St. Paul as well as other studios in San Francisco, Milwaukee, Bridgeport, Connecticut and New York.
