One sheet of white card stock, folded three times vertically to form six pages, pp. 2-4 list menu items, two inserts stapled to pp. 3 and 4, printed in red, green, and black. Pictorial title, and all pages have textual illustrations, printed in color. 11" x 7-1/2". General wear at edges and some stains from use. An about VG copy. Adrian Stickney's Hick'ry Houses were posted along the main highways in Santa Clara County with big red signs, and were a successful chain until they closed in 2000. They hit there peak in the 1960s, employing more people than any other chain in the county. Guests enjoyed there favorite BBQ and beverages while enjoying scenes of the Old West in murals by Ray Strong. Inserts include a special on grilled halibut or salmon for $1.45, and the "Luncheons" featuring a new "Steak Sandwich.".
