Laminated bifolium in the shape of a fan, menu printed in green to inner pages. Menu: ~ 13" x 11". Fan: ~16-1/2" x 12". Staining and some separation to menu edges; few short nicks/splits to fan. Good condition overall. A souvenir menu from the Casablanca movie-themed Mexican restaurant in Venice, CA, founded in 1980 by Carlos Hara, Sr. and still in existence today. Included on the menu are "Play It Again Carlos," charbroiled steak served with chile relleno, $11.95; Swordfish served ala Rick, Ilsa, Abdul or Lazlo, ranging from $11.95 to $13.95; Trucha sr. Ferrari, $12.95; and Calamar Steak.
