Rare promotional catalogue from this short-lived company that began in 1909, initially failing in 1913, with the factory [et al] being then bought by one of the investors and the firm renamed the Inter-State Motor Company. Ultimately, this second iteration bought by General Motors in 1919. Herein, the firm's line of divers "40", "50", "30" models are described & hyped.
