Some wear & rubs to binding, with the front joint starting towards the top. Spine label with chip to rear. Withal, a VG copy. Addington one of the prominent collectors of his day, which went much beyond the mss here offered; the auction's 399 lots included Oliver Cromwell, Dr. Johnson, Descartes, etc. etc. This catalogue itself quite uncommon, with OCLC & KVK locating but 4 copies in the Western world.
