Titled below: Vue Perspective du Fauxbourg et du port de Scheveningue a une lieue de la Haye, en Hollande.  with the address of the publisher: a Paris chez Daumont rue St. Martin.Handwritten in pen and ink under the inscription a free translation in Dutch: Gezicht van Scheveningen een uur van Den Haag C.J.V. 27 sept. 1816 N. 106. Handcolored etching and engraving on paper; total: 300 x 430 mm. Smudges and creases; it seems the sheet was pressed against a rugged surface so that the paper shows a strange three dimensional pattern.
