Pages with edgewear, some chipping. Internally age toned, as always. Else clean. This copy originally from the John S. Ewart collection at the University of Manitoba, with the presentation plate laid-in. Part 2: "La Question des Écoles du Manitoba." Institutional re-bind; maroon smooth cloth boards, lettering in gold to top board. Ex-libris copy, from the Adam Shortt Canadiana collection at the University of Saskatchewan. With usual ex-lib call numbers, rubber-stamps. Else internally clean, with only age-toning at extremities. Author identified as P. Bernard (pseud.) Peel(3) 2247.
