Here we have the booklet with the programme of music, the menu, the toasts (4), the alphabetical list of guests, and the seating at tables. H.R.H. the Duke of Edinburgh represented the Queen, and the invitation to dinner was directed at Mr and Mrs Ernest M. Gollance, to be seated at Table 2. Rare.
