Original ordinance in plano with ample margins; title with woodcut coat-of-arms of Antwerp and large initial, ca. 47 x 38 cm.Text in Dutch (Flemish) with the announcement that all beggars, runners, etc have to leave the city within eight days and not coming back! They can be punished with prisonship, scourcing, banning etc. when they try to return. Only poor people born in the city or are registered since twenty years are allowed to beg. With the printed signature A. Della faille. Folded plano; verso repaired; otherwise a good copy.
