The four other books, with similar purpose, are devoted to special areas of the collection: medieval ivories and works of art; the recently rediscovered masterpiece by Rubens, The Massacre of the Innocents; ship models, spanning some 350 years; and Canadian art, of which the Thomson Collection was the largest private holding.
