Most plates are double-sized panorama views of characteristic landscapes and habitats. David Armitage Bannerman (1886-1979) is best-known for his monographs of the Birds from the British islands, Tropical West Africa, Cyprus, etc., etc. Uncut. The plate numbered VIII is placed before VII, as always. Uncommon.
