Original, uniform printed wrappers. = A well-illustrated monograph, describing well-preserved faunas with many new species of ammonites. The fine plates were printed in Germany. One of the large, folded tables contains a list of new species. Rarely found complete. Spine covers with a few tears; weak stamp on both title page versos (not shining through), one of the folding charts detached, otherwise very good, clean.
