Original printed wrappers. = A rare and important work with many new species. Choffat also published on the brachiopods and bivalves of this fauna; both these works are more common than the cephalopod part. The plate figures are excellent photographs, with additional line-engravings of the taxonomically important growth-lines. Uncut. A few markings in the top margin of the front wrapper; spine nearly split at transition between the text leaves and the much thicker plates, otherwise a very good, clean copy.
