Original red embossed cloth with gilt title on the spine, and gilt vignette on the front board. Top edge gilt. = A volume from one of the longest running and most influential ornithological magazines. Especially the earlier years, with fine plates by Keulemans, Grönvold and others, are very uncommon and sought-after. Spine slightly sunned, as usual. Slight wear at top and bottom part of the spine and three tiny parts are missing.
