Uniform printed wrapppers. = The ANSP Proceedings were the foremost zoological journal in the U.S.A., being especially strong in Mollusca. This mainly due to Henry Pilsbry, the most prolific malacological writer ever, and his many predecessors, co-workers, and students. Malacological authors in this volume include Arango, Heilprin, Newberry, and Stearns. Also severa;l contributions by Meehan (botany), Cope, and Leidy. One part cut (dimensions given above), the other two still uncut, with the wrappers a bit frayed and at edges. A good, complete volume.
