Most papers are on physics, geology, and botany, however, one plate shows the cephalopod, Argonauta argo, and its shell, illustrating a paper by the German medical doctor and malacologist, Wilhelm Ludwig von Rapp (1794-1868). Uncut. Front wrapper detached, a few spots and a vague damp stain on the title. Otherwise a very good, clean, unmarked copy.
