Published in the department's Bulletin, volumes 18-21, and second series 7. Each part with its own title page and pagination. The second part followed by a 2 pp. erratum. Written by the Dutch botanist Cornelis Rugier Willem Karel van Alderwerelt van Rosenburgh (1863-1936), who was the leading pteridologist in the Malayan Archipelago in the late 19th and early 20th century. These four parts may be considered as sequels to his massive "Malayan ferns", published in 1908 (Stafleu and Cowan, 78). All parts are rare. A complete suite must be very rare. This one comes in an attractive binding.
