Written by the anatomist and professor at the university of Breslau, Johann "Hans" Carl Leopold Barkow (1798-1873). Published in the society's Nova Acta. A very good, clean and unmarked copy. Not in Wood. The Cat. BM(NH) lists several similar titles by Barkow, but not this one.
