Speckled edges. = Rather rare, early Swiss atlas, in French, on poisonous plants. No author is indicated. Nissen BBI, quotes only a German work (1827-1829) by the author of the "Sammlung von Schweizer-Pflanzen", Johann Hegetschweiler (1789-1839). Probably this is an updated and condensed edition of the original German language edition. Name of a former owner in gilt on front board, and handwritten in the margin of the front free endpaper recto. Some slight foxing, mostly in the text, otherwise good.
