This printing corrects all the errors listed in the errata of the first (?) printing; compared with the second (?) printing it has extensive resettings of text. The sheets of this 'third' printing occur in two known states. State 1) the 'B' if signature B1 is set beneath the space between 'Methods' and 'of'; the 'H' of signature H1 is set beneath the 'p' of 'promises'; page 15, line 23 ends: 're-'. State 2) the 'B' if signature B1 is set beneath the 'f' of 'of'; the 'H' of signature H1 is set beneath the 'it' of 'with'; page 15, line 23 ends: 'Declarations.'
